Very Good Handle and Latch
Worked well for my needs. Built a shed from scratch this past summer and made a think, heavy door. Latch installed fine and has been working well so far. Will see how it stands up over the upcoming winter and next spring with all the harsh weather. I chose to not use the lock functionality, although it worked as described. I did not want to have to worry about having to run into the house for the key all the time so I opted to add in a second flip-latch and combo lock.

The handle seems nice enough. It's exactly as described. Basically a T handle typically used on truck toppers with the exception of a longer shaft and a handle on the end. Please notice the bent key (the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5). Luckily there's 2 keys. It wouldn't stop me from buying another if I needed one.
