I could give these 4 stars but they are heavy and easy to install and look amazing so I'll get over the issues. Basically, the inside of the privacy handles do not always go back to level unless you put it that way. Not on all, but on some. Doesn't seem to be an issue with the passage handles. I bought a house full of Kwikset handles (different model than these but similar style) for my lake house and had the same issue with the handle not going back to level. Again, on some of them. The other issue is that the handles are silver but the side plate is white. Makes no sense. I guess unless your door is white. Maybe thats what they intended it for. However, I can just paint them. We'll see how that holds up. Overall though, for the price, they are beautiful. And once you install the first one, the rest are a cinch. (I'm a novice to intermediate DIYer woman but this was my first experience installing door handles.)

I recently switched out the original gold handles in my house with these beautiful Milan black door handles and so glad it did!! They look beautiful and elegant and the change upgraded the look of the doors. I installed the handles myself which was very simple and easy to do.

I had to enlarge the door cutouts a little with a chisel, and drill slightly bigger holes in the doors. Once that was done, they fit well.
My only complaints are that sometimes the inner handle "droops" a little, and the lock button can be hard to push. These are both very minor issues.
